Are smoking and non smoking on all floors?

Can anyone tell me if smoking and non smoking are on all floors or limited to certain ones. Also, is club level smoking or non? Also, does everyone call the hotels before they get there and confirm their rooms?
Leaving tomorrow morning and just trying to make this as smooth as possible. Also, one more question, what is the difference in temperature between the day and night?
