Are Mulan and Mushu meeting today?

Does anyone happen to be there who can confirm? I know they were scheduled to start today, but they aren't on the app. Is it because of the rain? They still did meet and greets back there for the Viva Navidad stuff on a kinda rainy day in December, but maybe this is too wet?

They're still not on the app today in spite of nice weather... I'm confused. :-(

I saw Mulan just inside the entrance plaza at DL last Sunday. There was no line and a very small crowd. It was on the right side by the tree. She was taking pictures and signing. I was very surprised to see her there. Pleasantly surprised.
