Yes. I really enjoy the planning and anticipation. My blog/PTR has been going for a bit now. I've become quite attached to it and am wondering how I'm going to cope with starting a TR when the time comes.

I like that the DVC section has a TR place so I can start a PTR and let it turn into the TR. No worries about having to start one. Ill also have a place to talk about my meets with all the other DVC folks who are coming to So Cal this year.

The owner of the agency is not going to be happy when I tell her. She knows my situation and was willing to still quote me.

Yeah... I KNOW!! So the issue is that in Fl it can be tough to get homeowners and a lot of companies won't write unless you have auto with them. Now, my agent works for allstate which writes renter's insurance and auto but not homeowners - they use other agencies for that. When I told her I had my auto through my employer she said OH WELL just call her when I move and she'd switch me to a homeowners policy.

Now I call today...

"Hello... I am a current customer with a renter's policy and I am wanting to get a quote for a..."

*agent cuts me off* "Who is your auto Insurance with?'

then when I said something other than Allstate she said

"Well allstate does not write homeowners in FL so in order for me to give you a homeowners quote I have to give you an auto quote"

"OK but I am not interested in switching my auto"

"Well then we can't help you. Bye *hangs up*"

Whose name? The owner? I don't really know her... I mean it is the Shirley Michaels insurance agency and the owner is Shirley Michaels and she called me once and was super nice and I was impressed but not with the agency anymore.

Once my husb dropped my key in the snow SOMEWHERE and we had to dig through it for hours to find it. And of course the remote was busted from getting soaked.
