Are Magic Key Upgrades Currently Available in App?

Can anyone who is currently visiting Disneyland confirm that the Magic Key upgrade option is available in the app? We're visting this weekend and if Magic Key sales haven't paused by then, we're hoping to upgrade our 3-day hopper to the Believe Key on either Sunday night (if the calendar is open for Monday reservations) or on Monday before we leave the parks to go home. I know the Disneyland website (https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/ticket-upgrades/says) that ticket upgrades should be available in-app anytime the keys are on sale, but I was hoping for boots on the ground confirmation.

Have you checked the app?
The upgrade option from a hopper to Magic Key isn't available for unused tickets. It's only available after the first day of use of an eligible ticket and would typically appear as a button underneath the in-use ticket. I was hoping there is someone currently in the parks using a ticket that could check if the option was there.

I already have a MK so can't check for you. However, after we entered today, these signs were posted just past the turnstiles.

Thanks, I can report back that the upgrade option was available in the app just below the ticket and would have been very easy to do IF we were interested in paying with a credit card.

Unfortunately, we wanted to pay with a gift card and that option wasn't available in the app (not sure why it's there for everything else you can buy in the app -- food, mobile checkout, new tickets -- but not the price differential for the Magic Key).

We had to go to the ticket booth to upgrade and pay with the gift card. They had to re-enter all of the information that was already there in the app (name, birthdate, address, phone number, email address), which just seems silly and took significantly more time than necessary.

Luckily with the applied value of the 3-day hopper, the total was below the $1000 cap for a single gift card, so we were able to pay with just one gift card per pass.

I can also confirm that we did not lose our existing Lightning Lane reservations after upgrading.

Anytime you are using more than one form of payment, it has to be done at the ticket booth. In your case, your 3 day hopper was considered one form of payment and the GC was considered a second form of payment.

I'm glad it worked out for you.
