Are gratuties included in 2007?

Travelling with 5 adults, 1 child & 3 infants.... thinking of doing the DDP but am not sure whether gratuties are included or extra???
Anyone know where I can get this info???

I am pretty sure that gratuties and tax are still included.

They are included at 18 %

We haven't heard anything that would give us reason to think that anything has changed in that regard.
