Are Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Snacks covered on the Dining Plan?

Specifically, the Gingerbread people cookies? Also, does anyone know if those cookies are made out of the same dough as the shingles? I've read that the shingles were not very good. Thanks!!!

I don't think the cookies/snacks at the GF gingerbread house/shoppe can be purchased with snack credits. I've never specifically tried, though, because none of the gingerbread we've ever purchased there is any good to eat at all - the shingles or the men. Take pictures of it? Yes. Smells wonderful? Yes. Want a piece? Not so much.

I think the cost of everything sold there is too high for snack credit eligibility but the way Disney is pushing the dining plan it's always possible they may change things.

I don't think they're very good either. Got better gingerbread at Epcot somewhere.

Thanks, guys! That's disappointing about the gingerbread. I've read many negative posts about those shingle cookies. It seems like they'd change the receipe. It's not really that hard to make yummy gingerbread!! Oh well, just looking forward to seeing the house in person!! Can't wait!!

Last year at the American Pavillion ( in the counter service doors in the middle) they had a Gingerbread House set up and they were selling the cookies and they were snack credit items. Unfortunately when we were there the computer was down so unless you had exact change you could not get any. I believe I have seen other postings where they are selling Gingerbread cookies elsewhere as well. Seems like a great idea and in keeping with the season!

We've purchased tasty gingerbread cookies at the American Pavilion and at Germany (at the special gluhwein kiosk that goes up at holiday time) -- pretty sure both were available for snack credits.
