Are Elsa and Anna 2 FP now?

Doing my FP tmr and last year Elsa and Anna FP was
One combined in fairytale hall. Are they now 2 separate FP??

They are still meeting in the same room, so only one FP is needed. You don't meet them together, though, so there is no other princess that meets with them.
