Are Disney Dollars good at Downtown Disney shops?

I know that the Disney Dollars are good in the parks but are they also good at Downtown Disney? What about the Disney resorts? We will be staying at the ASMo the first week of Aug.

Yes. They are good everywhere on Disney property.
