Are Complete Orlando good to use?

Hello,

I'm quite new to this forum and while looking though I noticed a few of you mention a company called 'Complete Orlando'. I've just been having a look on their website and for 2011 they seem to be offering a better rate than the Disney site itself!

How many of you have used them and are they reliable?
