Are carnival games open during AK EMH?

Last trip my kids liked playing the carnival games in Dinoland. Are the games operational during EMH?

Also...what about Kali and the Safari? They're listed as 'seasonal' on the evening emh attractions list. Now that's it's warmer and staying daylight later are they open at all during the eemh?

Yes they were when we were there in March.
