Are caricatures and silhouettes back?

I know silhouettes are back at WDW but can't find info on either here at DLR. If anyone is going or has seen recently can you update me.

Yes. I saw a cm working on one in NO Square in the past two weeks.

Two weeks ago the silhouettes weren't back yet (there was a sign in the window).
