We will be staying in DLP for 5 days and i was wondering whether the parades will be exactly the same every day of our stay and the same time every day?

Or are there different parades each day??

I was thinking if the parades are exactly the same each day and we have seen them a couple of times then we could use the time the parades are on to go on rides as i should imagine the queues to be much smaller during the parades...

The parade does not change from day to day :goodvibes

I love the parade at the Disneylandpark (now Once upon a Dream Parade then Wonderful World of Disney Parade) that much that I watch them every day. And even if the Once upon a Dream parade is the same every day it can be different for you every day.
The parade does 2 stops every day, and you can only see the special show for the float you are next to. So if you have a different position every day you can see specials of other floats.
And even if you are not interested to see the specials of every float and to see how for example the princesses will come down from their float and dance on the street; then I would see the parade at least twice. As you can only see one side of every float it would make sense to stand on the opposite side of the street the next day and see the other side of floats.

I hope that makes sense?

This is a good example:

You can only see the animated characters on the right side if you are on this side in Fantasyland. To see the animated characters on the left side of the float you have to see the parade twice. :thumbsup2

I see what you mean ;) thanks for that advice :goodvibes that float looks fantastic, will probably end up watching the parade everyday :rotfl:

I'd agree, its definitely worth seeing it from both sides of the parade route. So, at least twice :goodvibes .

Great advice and photo :)
Where was this taken from Marcus ?

Oooh can I get points for the answer to this one Reid??? Cos I know I know I know :lmao: !!!

Its from the start of the parade in Fantasyland, from the wall of the waiting line of IASW, looking down towards the hub on Main Street. Pizzaria Bella Notte would have been on Marcus' right as he took this pic :goodvibes .

That's what confused me. When we saw the parade if you were at Belle Notte the parade would have been heading away from you :confused3 Or maybe I've just lost my bearings :rotfl:

Thats right Reid - you're not confused - Ursula is on the back of the villains float.

When we were there in October we watched the parade every day ~ 5 days!! ;)
