Are all the DVC's booked already for March 03?

Wondering if anyone has any idea what the ressie situation is for March at this point. We had some plan changes and realized we could head "home" in March ( if anything is available) instead of next October! I know i can call tomorrow, i just thought if i heard from folks that everything was booked, we wouldn't get our hopes up!

Go ahead and give it a try. I had luck getting a two-bedroom at OKW twice just recently. (Booking for relatives who asked for one week, I got it and then they asked for a different week! Aaargh!) OKW was their first choice but I did ask the CM to give me an idea how it looked at the other resorts. He said with some juggling he could probably find something at the others as well. This was for the week of March 24. For the week of March 16 I got the "last" 2 bedroom at that moment (booked 1/21).

People's plans change all the time. Give it a try and consider going to the wait list as well.

amee...I agree with Pam...doesn't hurt to give it a try, and it's a toll free number!

And to the extent possible, it helps to be flexible on where you stay. That gives MS the best chance to get you a ressie during that time.

hi: i had checked dates for the week of 3/9 last week and there weren't any 1 brs or studios at the bwv, but okw had some limited availability.

I would think right now would be a pretty good time to try. As the 31-day cancellation window comes up, those holding ressies "just in case" will cancel to get their points back before they can't anymore.

I was able to book a studio 3/27 to 3/31 for the VWL about a week ago, but this was all that was available at the time for a studio. This morning I called and was able to switch to a BCV ressie, so things are opening up.

I just canceled a studio at OKW for mid March.

Last week I tried for two studios at BWV & BCV the week of 3/9 - 3/14 and got nothing. Ended up with studios at OKW and wait listed for the others. Hope something comes through on the wait list.

Very very last minute (for us, anyway) I called MS yesterday (Monday) and asked about availablity at any DVC resort in a studio from Sun - Fri (5 nights) during any week in March. After a little looking around (CM was delightful) she found me a VWL studio for the last week of March or OKW studio for March 9 - 14. I took the OKW studio. Can't believe we're going! Good luck!
