Are all AKV's in Jambo House Concierge?

Ok so I seem to recall being told, way back when that the AKV would have the different views and new buildings and that there would be units built in Jambo House (or the Lodge) that would be the concierge level. Is that the actual case, now that we can actually stay in Jambo house? Are all the units in the main lodge on the concierge level?

Only the villas on the 6th floor are concierge, a total of five 2BR lockoffs.

The rest of the villas are on the 5th floor which used to be concierge rooms and deluxe rooms. Now they are not concierge and are villas.

I was just there and am starting to get this straight.

All the 6th floor villas are concierge. There are 5 two-bedroom lockoffs. Some of them have savanna view and some have pool view but the point amounts are the same for all concierge villas.

The entire 5th floor (former deluxe and concierge rooms at AKL) are now renovated into DVC villas. The 5th floor villas are NOT concierge villas. (I was just in one and no concierge there.)

Actually MOST of the 5th floor rooms were renovated into DVC villas....there are some rooms that face the parking lot that are not and there are those round rooms on either side of the bottom of the U.

What are those anyway? I couldn't find a door to them, but something is there. I didn't look very hard.

Also, not all of the 5th floor AKL hotel rooms were deluxe rooms. The rooms along the Ostrich and Giraffe trails (the two short trails along the front of the resort) were standard rooms, about 40 sq ft smaller than the deluxe rooms. Those became the Value villas, less expensive points-wise because they are smaller than the villas created by converting the deluxe-size rooms.

They are suites. They appear to be included within the outline of AKV but they are not included in the villa totals for AKV.
