Are all ADR's taken with 180+10?

I just booked at the Dolphin. I knew the Dolphin wasnt owned by Disney but it seemed to get all the same perks -- extra magic hours, Disney buses, shipping to the room, and they are testing the magic bands.....Now I realize I dont get the 180+ 10 privilege....

Are all the good ADR's taken by people with 180+10? I'm tempted to switch my reservation to a different hotel because I am worried about ADR's

In some ways it doesn't necessarily matter...even with 180+10, you'll still have problems getting the most popular ADRs (e.g., BOG) because of the folks that had access to those days before you. Your best bet is for the end of the +10 days when fewer folks have had access to them. If you want to stay at the Dolphin, I would keep your reservation and then get your ADRs as best as you can when your 180 day comes. (You'll have to make each day, one day at a time.). Then, for those ADRs that you do not get, keep trying up until the day you want to eat at the venue. You have 6 months...and people's plans change and ADRs do come open. I haven't always gotten what I wanted at the 180+10 mark, but with some persistence and luck, I've usually gotten the ADR before my vacation starts.
