Just confirming that the aerobic classes on board are included in the cruise fee...or is there an additional charge? I've read that they are small and crowded...can I sign up for them when I make Palo reservations?

They are free and don't require any sign-up. You just show up at the designated time in the designated location.

They are free and on the 2 cruises I've done only had 1 day that was crowded. Some of the choreography is too much for the small space, but it's exercise.

they are free and I showed up the first morning and all the classes were full for the WEEK so I would suggest sign up when you get on board.

They are free, but DEFINITELY sign up ahead of time as the space is VERY limited!! It was kind of tricky taking step on a moving ship... LOL!! But we all did okay. I think there were 4 of us plus the instructor and I think there would have been room to comfortably fit one more person. I didn't care for the schedule though. I prefer to do my exercise first thing in the morning and only one step class could accomodate that for me. You have to go to the spa to sign up.

I signed up the first day... after making my Palo reservations, of course! There were already several people signed up in front of me.
