arctic dots

I was at typhoon lagoon yesterday and had the yummiest dippin dots ever. They're called arctic dots there. I knew they were somewhere in the park but it's not on the map and the stand is not at all obvious, so i had to ask. There are so few of these around and so many people love them i don't get why they're not advertised. I had mint choc chip and altho pretty expensive ($4 something for a pot) they were so good.

Anyone else wish there were more of these stands on property?

I've never really thought about it, but is Typhoon Lagoon the only place that has them? I've had the banana split flavor there - yummy!

ooooohhhh, my kids love those. I wish they had them throughout the park.

First time we had these was at an Omaha Royals game many, many years ago. When they were first introducted. We thought the idea silly but tried them. I think they were charging something like $1. Absolutely fantastic.

It's ice cream flavor but it's dots. They developed it so it wouldn't melt in the hot summer temperatures. The colored dots would not lead you to believe it's that choice of ice cream flavor but when you eat it, it's perfect.

Now we're in Atlanta and they have them at the Falcons games. Yum!
