Has anyone stayed here or in Formosa Gardens? They are houses with pools and some are built for wheelchair users.

How long does it take to drive at 11am or noon to Disney MK? Epcot?

How packed will it be driving back after the fireworks? Is there a shortcut? We are going in June

Acadia Estates and Formosa Gardens Estates are across the road from each other (the road being Formosa Gardens Blvd.) The closest Disney park is Animal Kingdom which would be about 7 min. to the parking lot. MK and Epcot would be about 15 min or so to their parking lots. With MK you should plan on another 15 minutes to the turnstiles.
We usually use the Sherberth Rd entry to go to and from Disney from this area. On this map Acadia E. is #10 and FGEstates is #9. For the Sherberth Rd shortcut you can either follow the blue or green lines to the red line and turn left and follow the red line into Disney. If you click the lines/markers you'll find written directions. When you leave Disney after the fireworks don't be in a hurry to get to your car. Linger in the park until the mad rush is over. It's either that or be packed in a group waiting for the monorail. To get back to your home follow the directions for Animal Kingdom and then as you get closer keep to the left for Animal Kingdom Lodge. At the lights turn left onto Sherberth Rd then follow that back the way you came.
