No. They also removed the arcades from all the other ships, using the reclaimed space to build shops, at least on the Dream class.

Well no specifically, but kind of yes in practice. Vibe/Edge/Hideaway have a ton of video games that you can take younger kids to during open house, which we used as a kind of arcade. Plus Hero Zone has foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, and cornhole. So between them, we had a quasi arcade.
