I've stayed at Atlantis and the water features are awesome. I know it's quite a lot to purchase the excursion, but it guarantees you access and it's expensive to get into aquaventure for anyone off the grounds of Atlantis anyway. It would be worth it for me, my son, and wife, but it may not be for everyone.

I am following as, I am interested in doing Atlantis as well when we're in Nassau in February. Curious as to why you'd book here vs thru Disney? The cost seems comparable? Worried I might be missing something.

If I were to purchase the tickets through DCL it would cost about $960, if I do bahamasdaypass.com, it's about $660. I'd rather use the other $300 for other activities. I'm just not sure how reliable this website is.

Whoa, that's even more than I remember! I think it may be worth it for you to consider just making a trip to Atlantis. If you book for the Fall there are usually savings and you can get a room for around $150 a night. That includes all the site facilities that are included in aquaventure.
