Aquatica water slide question

Just been checking out the info about the slides here and am pleased to see that lots have double dinghies, does this mean that me and DH will be able to ride them together, or just an adult and a child. Lots of Disney ones are for single riders only. Also, the family raft rides, do they find other families to go in with you?

DH and I did some of the rides and found 2 adults was ok and even in the family rides it was just the two of us
