Aquatica cabana

Just booked an aquatica cabana for Aug 11th for my family.
I have my confirmation number. Do we just show up and go to the regular turnstile? Do they take us to the cabana and give us the towels, locker,etc.
What is the process? thank you

You head towards the 'Big Kahuna' entrance. It will be to the left of the turnstiles.

Go through the Big Kahuna building. You will sign in and give them your park admission tickets. They escort you to your cabana - the drinks and towels will be there. We just went yesterday - it was great!

Great decesion to rent the cabana....I'd reccomend it to anyone that can spare the extra expense.

Can you answer a couple of questions about the cabanas?

How big are they? Big enough to sit in to get out of the sun?

What kind of chairs do they have?

Does water count towards your drink allowance?

Can you get into the park with a cabana reservation if the regular admission is restricted due to crowds?

I found the cabana to be plenty big enough for 4 people. If you had 7 people, then not everyone would fit inside. We had 2 lounge chairs, 2 beach chairs (the ones that are real low to the ground), and 2 regular chairs. The fridge had 16 drinks in it when we arrived - 4 waters, 4 cokes, 4 diet cokes, and 4 fruit punches. We don't drink diet coke so the attendant was kind enough to switch the diet drinks out for regular coke and water.

I'm not 100% sure about your other question regarding park closure. I couldn't see it being a problem considering you are spending an extra $175 for the cabana. Regardless, I recommend that you arrive very early. While you have a guaranteed spot in the cabana and an expedited entrance line into the park, you still have to wait in all the long lines for parking and the rides. However, you can skip the locker line.

Great -- thanks for the replies.

I saw on the Seaworld site that the cabana also come with free sunscreen and have a ceiling fan. Plus a review I read said the concierge will get your food for you (with your credit card).

With all of that, I'm definitely getting one for our August trip.

Yes all of that is true. Just keep in mind that the food takes a while (about an hour) to arrive, so order in advance. The sunscreen, towels, drinks, and ceiling fan are all nice, but the best part of the cabana is the privacy and space. You don't have to worry about finding a chair and hoping nobody messes with your stuff!

It may have changed again, but when I called recently, they said they were discontinuing the lunch delivery. BUT, they were now scheduling everyone in a cabana for a meet and greet with one of the animal ambassadors. Pretty cool!
