That assumes of course that there is enough FP capacity to handle that. I really doubt it.
You're probably right, but there may be a lot more capacity if they include some of the lesser attractions and things like parade viewing area.

Yup.
Works (in the "real world") like having several restaurants clustered together in a shopping area.
The "lesser" of them will automatically get more business when the more popular of the eateries is/are filled
and using with a waiting list.
Many people would rather choose to "get in and dine" sooner,
than to wait for a longer time to get into their first (or second) choice.

I wondered where you were in all this discussion yesterday. Taking the time to book a new trip in a the spring to try it out for yourself, no doubt.
So is there any real information regarding this new RFID Bracelet and FP+ system or is it all just speculation for us AP holders right now??
I've signed into the "New" website and got everything setup there, but don't see any information regarding the RFID Bracelets/FP+
You won't find anything on the web site, since it's not ready yet.![]()
The parade and fireworks viewing will probably consistently comsume a decent amount of FP+ capacity. But I just can't imagine it would be enough to give everyone 3 FP+ slots out of the gate, plus allow them to pull FPs throughout the day.
Could be totally wrong though. That's total speculation on my part.
But raise your hand here if you're going to use a FP+ slot for Philharmagic or House of Presidents. Or if you won't just be totally ticked off if you schedule a trip, log in, and find those are the only sort of options left.
Waiting.
Plenty of real information now, but not specifics about how AP holders will be handled yet. It's not ready just yet.

What's not ready yet, FP+ or the website?
I think my only hope in this is that the less educated tourist will reserve fp's for the attractions we know they don't need them for. I do think they will phase out the old fp system. I will miss it.
Maybe that's where the Quick-Picks (or whatever it's called) come in:
"We see you like music, shows, and animals, so may we recommend Enchanted Tiki Room for your FP+?"

~LOL.I wonder if we'll start seeing threads like " I'm about to cancel my FP+ for Space Mountain at 3pm" threads like we see in the dining forum. Should be interesting.
I think I'd rather see them go back to the olden days when there were no fast passes at all. Back then even at Christmas it was rare to see a line longer than 90 minutes at peak times.
Aslong as I can get a FP+ for Stitch!

Sorry. FPs are non-transferable. The punishment is riding Stitch. Twice.![]()
