APs and MYW packages

Hey everyone-

I called to ask what the price would be for MYW plus dining if one person in your party has an AP and the CM told me it was not possible to do that. Is that true? Any AP holders out there who have a MYW package PLUS DINING?? I'm never sure anymore if I hear this info from just one CM. I've gotten conflicting stories from them before but you guys are pretty acurate!

You have to purchase the MYW package with dining for everyone in your room for the number of nights you are staying, and you have to book the room at rack rate. That may be considerably more than booking with an AP discount. I'm not sure if everyone in your room has to buy the same MYW ticket though. Perhaps the AP holder could just buy a 1 day ticket, and everyone else can get tickets for the entire stay.

The part I'm inquiring about the most is the dining option. Not sure how that all fits in. I would love to talk to an AP holder who has booked the MYW PLUS dining.

You would have to find an AP holder, who decided not to use their AP rate. So the particulars would be just like finding someone who didn't have an AP. If you use an AP rate, at this time, you can't get the dining. You have to have paid rack rate to get it, and you have to get it for everyone who is in your room..

Guests can use AAA for a discount, but not AP.
