APS activated at DTD or Ocala?

I think someoen recently told me we can get AP vouchers activated at DTD? Anyoen know where and how late at night?

Can we also buy APs there if we don't get the vouchers ahead of time?

I'm assuming the Ocala Disney Center does not do this?

We will be arriving into Orlando on a Saturday evening and staying offsite, cehcking into BWV in the morning, which is Star Wars Weekend. From past experience we learned you ahev to be at the gate before opening to make the mad dash to get an armband for any autograghs. Hubby is a Star Wars fan so I was thinking we coudl get our APs that Saturday night, then go staright to MGM that Sunday morning to get an armband, then ride over to BWV and check in, then cruise back over to MGM for the autogargh time.
Anyoen have any other suggestions?
I wonder how early we can get an AP activated at MGm before the gate opening? Where do you do that there?

Last October DH & I got our AP vouchers activated in Ocala at the Disney Center. I called ahead a couple of months in advance and asked if we could activate them there and was told they no longer did it. However, it is a tradition that we stop there on our way to WDW, so once there we asked again if they activated vouchers and SURE ENOUGH! They exchanged them for the actual passes while we were there. We have always done it there, so I don't know if DTD does it anywhere.

I believe I have read that there is a place to exchange them there, just don't know for sure.

The Guest Relations offices at DTD are located in the Marketplace and in West Side.

The Marketplace location is right next door to the Once Upon A Toy shop on the Rainforest Cafe end of the Marketplace. This is an actual office that you walk into. They are open until 11:00 pm Sun-Thu and till 11:30 pm on Fri-Sat.

The West Side location is at the Pleasure Island end, just past the AMC Theaters. Walk straight down with PI on your right and AMC Theaters on your left and you will see it right in front of you. It is a white building that says "information" on it. This is a Guest Relations window like the parks have. They are open until 11:00 pm .

Yes you can.

You assume wrong. Ocala can do both - sell you an activated AP or exchange your vouchers for an activated AP.

MGM Guest Relations will be open by 8:00 am. It is located to the left of the turnstiles outside of the park.

You mght want to just go to the one at the Market place or at Ocala. I have walked by the one on the West Side and seen it closed, in the afternoon. I think I have seen it closed more then open.
