april vacation

Does anybody know if April school vacation is the same around the country? In Mass. the kids are out the week of the 16th. We want to go to the parks around the 25th of April but are not sure if it will be too crowded. Please help! Thanks.

For most of the people I know (NJ, PA, DE, NC, SC), Easter vacation is either the week before Easter or right after (first two weeks of Easter). As a matter of fact, on 4/15, the resorts go down to "Regular" season instead of "peak" (it might not be ALL of the resorts, but for the Deluxes I was told by a Disney CM over the phone). We're going from 4/16 - 4/22 and it's supposedly not going to be anywhere near as busy as early April because most college spring breaks are in March and then the Easter vacation crowds should be mostly done. If you go in late April, you should be good to go!

Hi, we went last year April 24-29th and we are going the same time this year! It was a little warmer than we were hoping (upper 80's), but the crowds weren't bad. Have fun! Get some lime green (alien green) mickey head paint chips from Home Depot, and then other DISers can spot ya and say HI! Say HI if you see me jen

Okay, not to sound like an idiot, but what are you supposed to do with the paint chips? Tape them to your backpack? Pin it on your shirt? Tape it to the stroller? Throw some ideas out at me please. My DH will think I'm a *tad* whacked, but I'd love to do this when we go in April.

MA has their school vacation 4/14-21. There is a dance group from home performing in EpCot on the 18th.
Im arriving on the 20th and staying through the 27th so unfortunately I'll be missing them. Some are staying longer though till the weekend.

NH has their vacation from 4/21-4/29.
