Well the definition of Spring is a nebulous one. According to this definition it's still Spring through May.

spring - The season of the year composing the transition period from winter to summer; the vernal season, during which the sun is approaching the summer solstice. In popular usage and for most meteorological purposes, spring is customarily taken to include the months of March, April, and May in the Northern Hemisphere, and September, October, and November in the Southern Hemisphere. In much of the Tropics, neither spring nor fall is recognizable, and in polar regions, both are very short-lived.

I'll guess that we will see the free Internet toward the end of May.

Based on Member feedback, the daily charge for wired high-speed Internet access for Members staying at Disney Vacation Club Resorts at the Walt Disney World® Resort is slated to be discontinued once system enhancements are in place this spring. Guests renting Disney Vacation Club accommodations will continue to pay the daily rate for access, and high-speed Internet access charges still apply to Members staying at non-Disney Vacation Club Resorts.

In related news, plans call for wireless service debut inside vacation homes at Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort sometime this year. Look for updates on this Web site as new details become available.

Actually they have until June 20th (1st day of Summer) to discontinue the daily internet charge "this Spring". Perhaps they are waiting until the very last day of Spring (June 19th)?

woohoo: wireless at VB! Hope it's in by 4/4/09, but with DVC's definition of "spring" I just wonder what "sometime this year" means.

DVC claims they will provide the mugs to you if you ask. I plan to ask! And then if they don't give me dishwashing supplies I plan to ask daily. I am also dropping by to ask to speak with a manager and suggest nicely that he do a survery of "deluxe" hotels and see how many of them use "styrofoam" (I think we can count them on one hand and all of them are DVC )
