I told my BFF this morning that they were closing It's A Small World (her all-time favorite ride) to make it a complete Frozen themed attraction.

I wanted to keep her going all day but I didn't have the heart. She was DEVASTATED.

I'm still hoping the rumors about closing Maelstrom to make a Frozen ride are a prank. I'm glad it's all conjecture at this point.

I heard they are re-theming Blizzard Beach to "Frozen". Lots of Olaf is Summertime. The gift shop will be transformed to look like the shop in the movie. Summit Plummet will be transformed into Elsa's Ice castle. The trolls will be in all the woods.

it actually would be cool, to have some frozen accents in blizzard!

I'd love to see Olaf play area for the kids it would be simple to do that to the water feature already there!

We aren't water park people but I would have to make an exception if that were the case. That would be so cool.

That's actually not a bad idea at all. I hate the idea of Maelstrom becoming Frozen because it's not what Epcot is about, but I feel like Olaf would really fit in Blizzard Beach since it's a summer/winter theme.

Like PP said, never been to Blizzard Beach myself, though, so I don't have any attachment to it like I do to Maelstrom. It's probably not fair of me to have an opinion on it.

I told my mom on April Fools that The Carousel of Progress (one of her favorite attractions)was closing and she was so upset and I didn't tell her until the end of the day that it was a joke!
