April ADR's- What do ya think?

Okay, I am way psyched because today from work I booked 2 ADR's!
Chef Mickey's at 9:05 PM Monday April 13th...
and
Teppan Edo's for Wednesday April 15th @ 8:30 PM

We are a party of 7 -
Good ressie's?
I am psyched they had ressie's open!!
I am still deciding on Sunday & Tuesday... any suggestions? We really want to do Narcoossee's but also want to do Ohana's- If we do Narcoossee's that will be all TS credits used
If we do Ohana we will have one more TS to use at another great restaurant- (I am sure I can figure which one to try)

Restaurant Marrakesh is a great one to try, and sometimes you can get in close to your date of arrival. Whispering Canyon is a barrel of laughs, with great food (even better desserts!) We also like Le Cellier, but there is little chance of getting in this close...

Actually, all of those are still restaurants we want to try- Marakesh is a huge one for me to try but someone mentioned doing Tangerien (sp) cafe and getting the "taste" of Morrocco using a CS credit and I liked that idea for this trip...
Le Cellier is a definite as well and I will call constantly to get in there if we end up taking the Ohana route and leaving Narcoossee's until July- We really want to try Le Cellier!
Only issue is... I am trying to keep one TS at Epcot since we only plan to go one day this trip... "plan" is the operative word- LOL
We will have AP's so it's no big deal if we have another ressie there- just the issue of getting from one place to another quickly enough to make ADR's

The times I have Chef Mickey & Tepan Edo's... Are they good times? This is our first rip so I am a bit flexible with eating times but the CM did mention that we would be inside eating at Tepan edo's during the fireworks and would probably miss them- I figure we will catch them another night then... Am I right, that they will have them another night? I am trying to keep straight what goes on which days but all this info is starting to get overwhelming at best-
I was told for Ohana's to just ask for a window and for that time frame we could see fireworks while eating>>>
Oh wow! This is heavy info and as much as I want to plan I don't want the spontaneous magic we should be experiencing to be ruined by over obsessed planning- I want it all to stay fun & laid back- thx again!

We loved Narcoossee's and wouldn't hesitate to use 2TS there, well worth it for us.

Le Cellier if you can get in, Boma is also fantastic.
