Wanted to start a thread for the 4/9/11 cruise on board the Magic. We're so excited to be going on our first Disney Cruise. Would love to hear from others booked on this cruise!

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :thumbsup2

hello all,
I am not a first time Disney cruiser, In fact this will be our 3rd cruise. Our first was on the wonder in 08, then the magic in 09, now the magic again in 2011. We love the disney cruise:love:. We were suppose to go in May but life happens and had to change it to April but thats o.k because we are still going:banana:. We are cruising with two children my son will be 14 and my daughter 12, and the inlaws:eek: We are looking forward to a fun relaxing cruise:cool1:.

I'm booking our cruise tomorrow. It'd be fun to meet some other Disboarders.

This will be my family's first Disney Cruise and we are all looking forward to it.. Can't wait to see my boys faces when they see the boat....

This is such a quiet thread.:confused3. We should be pumped we have 80 days till our cruise!!!!!:banana:Especially with everyone feeling the cold. It is nice to think about castaway cay, The warm sun and sand, and getting a margarita in the morning why? just because you are on vacation!!!:cool1:

I agree it is a quiet thread, maybe we will have the ship to ourselves....lol Believe me we are pumped and the kids can't wait.

Baller that would be kinda cool....I am sure it is almost a full ship. Is this your first cruise? It is our 3rd. My kids are 12 and 14 and they turn into 2 year olds when we get ready for the cruise..lol.We are pumped and can't wait!!!!

Hi all - this is the first cruise for me and the kids. Hubby has cruised before but not on DCL. We are very excited :yay: and trying to read up on all the tips.

Ottermouse, this is my first Disney Cruise and my kids first cruise (who are 3 and 5). They call it the hotel boat.....Just trying to gather as much information as I can, only problem is it makes us more excited.....

If anyone needs any info just ask, I think I know a little bit about the cruise. There is also a book called the" Passporter" We have read that book from cover to cover and then again...lol, also the website has a bit of info on it. If you have not ordered the DVD you must, it has loads of info on it also, and best part its free!! You can order it from the website.

Well, we stayed up until midnight last night hoping to get Palo brunch reservations and were a little worried as first timers. We got 'em!
And, out of curiosity, I just looked again and there are still more available. Crazy. We're starting to wonder if our cruise might not be filling up and will have a little room to spare.

Count us in! We just booked this morning because of the Florida Resident rate! Cant wait :cool1:

It will be myself, my mom, her best friend, and my 3 year old daughter! We are doing a girls cruise :banana::banana:

The Florida resident discounts came out? I have been nagging my travel agent to check on that and she was suppose to call when it goes thru. I think I will call her again..lol

Count us in. We just recently booked as well with the Florida resident rates. It's was originally just me and my five yr old daughter, but now because of the rates my mom and and step dad are coming too, different room of course.

I'm interested in doing the fish exchange?? Anyone else??

Hubby is about to deploy for a year. he is currently in training and doesn't quite know when he will get some leave. But it is looking like we can go on this cruise! Should be able to book in the enxt two weeks.
I have been reading all of the cruise meets and yes this one is really low on participation.

But if you try to book any time in April all the cruises are full or lowest prices are around 7K for the week, except this one.

I think you (and hopefully I) will get a double benefit, low crowd due to this week falling between the late March spring breaks and the Easter spring breaks PLUS lots of people wanting to try out the Dream!
Whatever I hope ya'll (and me!) have a great not so crowded cruise.
