April 5, 2008 7 Night Western

Lets definitely meet 3pm on Deck 10 and get them connected. Are you going to let them sign themselves out. I was really debating this...[/QUOTE]

We will be there, on deck 10 at 3pm with our green mickey name tags.
Last cruise we didn't even have the pleasure of the kids wanting to go to the clubs. live and learn. anyway, no problem with the 12 y/o and i agree about the 10 y/o's. advantage is my 10 y/o has a big brother, but sometimes, not an adavantage at all when he meets some friends and wants to be on his own.

so nice to know we will meet. sorry we are not on the same excursion but 3pm okay.

cool Josh would love to meet them. What are their names? My son loves the pool and arcade. He was rarely in the clubs as well the last time but I talked to him about some of the cool things and he's looking forward to the ship simulator, karoke, and the evening pool party.....so we'll keep our fingers crossed.

Hey guess what everyone??

The next time the Magic leaves Port Canaveral it will be with us on board!!

Yay!!!!:yay: :yay: :woohoo: :yay: :yay:

Hi everyone,
Just stopped by in the middle of my packing frenzy to say hello-looking forward to meeting everyone on Saturday.

We are all so excited. My dd 4 keeps asking to go on the website to see pictures of our "steakroom" and the Mickey pool.

We finally booked a snorkeling/stingray city excursion thru Captain Marvin's in Grand Cayman. Anyone else going?

Hope everyone has a safe trip to the port,

Ann Marie, David, Zachary, & Caroline
:yay:

Yay!! I finished my packing...thank goodness we are leaving before all these luggage restrictions go through on the airlines!!

I just need to sign my documents and get the meds in place in my carryon ...its coming quickly ladies and gentleman...

Staff development day tomorrow. Was hoping for short hours, so I could finish my packing. Instead, we have extended hours, just no kids.

I got on line today and checked out our flights and seating. We have connecting flights on both the way down, and the way back. We are flying in 4 different types of planes, with totally different configurations.:confused3
From a small comuter plane with only 12 rows, to a 767. Should be interesting!! At least we are seated together on all flights, and only have a middle seat on one leg!!

We've been planning this trip for so long, its hard to believe that at this time next week we will be at sea!!! Can't wait!!!

Anyone else not started packing? I have some clothes out, but if I laid the suitcase out the dog would be all over it. Thursday is going to be a big day of getting ready for us. We fly out at 5:30pm!

Hi! We are out of here tomorrow morning! Can't wait to meet all of you! Safe journeys everyone!

....and may the weather be fabulous - it's snowing here in Seattle right now!

Kim :-)

Is anyone else here in a SPH room? Just curious. We are in the one with the most obstruction, but I'm not complaining. We still only paid interior rates.

We are driving down on Friday AM. Can't wait!! Soon...very soon.

Just wanted to wish everyone a safe trip into FL and looking forward to meeting everyone soon! We leave Fri. AM and cannot wait!

Almost there....

Ditto! and yaa hooo. For the first time in many vakay's i am almost totally packed, feel more organized and "ready" than i have in a long time (incl. our last dcl cruise). This cruise is going to be the best!!

ps. last minute q? about laptop computer batt's; is anyone bring a laptop? if so, are you bringing a spare battery? how do you pack it in regard to airline restrictions?

IMHO it is strange that you can pack liquids in check on for the airport but not carry on and then when we get to the port, must remove from check on and put in carry on. oh well, whatever works.

3pm sat:goodvibes

I may bring my laptop, but will bring my power cord to keep it charged...battery holds for like maybe an hour depending on what I'm using it for...

Just got in from the Dr. Oldest DD(16) turned her foot 5 weeks ago and has been in a air cast. Not getting better. Had a MRI on Monday. Bone is still bruised. "Wear air cast two more weeks." This is my 5-day-a-week dancer. Has the perfect dress for every night of the cruise with the perfect shoes(heels) to match. Not only has she not been able to dance for 5 now 7 weeks, BUT she has to wear the air cast on the cruise!

Well, If you see a family with 4 loud (5 Loud) girls there will be no doubt that it is us with her space boot. (She said she is not wearing it to the beaches.)

Sooooo sorry to hear about her foot and the cast! Poor thing! I am sure she will still have a great cruise but is probab;y feeling really bummed right about now!

Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Have a safe trip down!

Monica:flower3:

Ouch! And for a 16 yr old who wants to look great and impress! Double ouch! So sorry!
The warm sun and beauty views are sure to have healing properties!
See you all in the warm Florida sun very soon! (if I ever finish packing!)
