We finally got power back on the Sept 1st/ & wife took me to PR for a long weekend for my 50th b~day....what a sweet heart!

I did not start that list--AuntLynn did but she is no longer cruising with us. The list is not current as others have canceled and not removed their names. others have booked but are not on the Facebook group or cannot get their info to post. It is a list that can be updated and several times I have been able to add people when they could not add themselves. I am not sure how helpful it is anymore.

PS: just thinking Since DCL has an international crew and guests I wonder if they do not celebrate special national holidays like Mother's Day and Cinco de Mayo as they cannot celebrate all and do not want to risk missing some. I know Mother's Day is a different date in the UK so that would present problems with which date to choose also. Maybe?

how about posting that list here and inviting everyone to update here with those cruising now added and those not cruising deleted? Maybe it could go on page one? And the pictures of the shirts on page one with ordering instructions ? ( I found the pictures on the old thread, DH gave the thumbs up for a shirt for each of us and fabric for a dress for me. )

Also--if we put our real names in our signature line or sign off with it we may learn which names go together. I won't as I read posts without checking the name column much .....

That just seems so random. I wonder what they're doing. Since we're not paid in full, I doubt we'll see any kind of refund from them. We will probably be PIF at the beginning of December so we can start booking stuff asap.

Thanks Alan for the heads up on SW. We will be flying out of Orlando to LA. I was hoping they would open sooner. I like to have things planned way ahead of time but I guess I will have to be patient. SW has always been very helping providing my husband who has leg problems with a wheel chair through the airport. He is 6'3 and is able to get the bulkhead most of the time because he has more leg room there.

We did have a small refund some weeks ago but thought it was to do with the TA cruise leaving on Saturday.

Yes, the cruise leaves on Saturday. We will miss all those who were on it last year. It won't be the same and some of you are old friends now so we will miss you all the more.

We fly over to Barcelona on Thursday which is later than I wanted but the cheapoair from the local airport doesn't fly there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Monday would have been too long in Barcelona. I hope all the baggage arrives with us though. I am panicking about that.

Both of my previous MR cruises say 15-Night Hawaii Cruise - don't I wish! I sent DCL an email, and they said I had to call the phone number to get if fixed, which I haven't done yet and it's been months - I know, I know, I'm such a slacker! Maybe I just love the idea that I have sailed to Hawaii 2 additional times.

Well, Hawaiian Cruisers--looks like I am now in charge of a list. Wish I had a post on page one to keep it up to date....maybe when we start our next thread I can snag an early post. (As I said before, I did not start this, AuntLynne did. But she has canceled and I will carry on. The list on Facebook is something each one of us can add to, but when a few people had trouble I was able to get it to work, so I guess it is now my list.)

Please check the list here and let me know if your entry is spelled wrong or alphabetized wrong. Also let me know if you know of someone who has canceled for sure. We want this to be a double list--one list with given name first and one with DIS name first.

Another idea to help us learn each other's names is to sign off each post or put our given name in the signature section. Then those who remember (I forget) to check the posting DIS name will connect it more readily to the given name at the end of each post.

Edited to remove names as per request of people who prefer privacy. Please advise how we want to proceed. I sure do not want to cause a problem for anyone.
