As an aside, for those that remember a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned my father-in-law was fighting a loosing battle against cancer, he passed away this morning. He will be missed but we are pleased he is no longer in pain. Thanks for those who sent their kind wishes and emails over the last few weeks.

Ah - I'm sure he'd like this comment - you know how teenagers are always in a hurry to be "adult". But as mom I can't help but think - oh the woes of having a single mom and being "man of the house" since he was 10, poor guy.

We had mat seating in 2007 and LOVED it, we were hoping for it this time as well. The mat seating is right up by the stage. Here's a picture that shows the mat seating and the chair seating behind.

I am so happy everyone is getting there shirts and they like them. It's like Christmas here waiting for the shirts and my earrings. They have been traveling together since Monday. I really thought I would get them today now not so sure. It took them 24 hours to travel 2 hours !!! As of now they are 2 hours away from me and I think it will be another day ! On the bright side....this is good to know when I send my box of FE gifts to CA. I am going to allow that extra time to travel.


So when I ordered my shirt I knew it would be a little big. I thought better to go big then small. Seeing so many people comment how big it is has me wondering how big mine will be. Just thought I would throw this suggestion out there. I plan on wearing mine open and a solid t-shirt underneath it. I also think it looks more attractive that way.

Has the group decided yet on when we will wear our shirts again ? When we will get together for the great photo ?

I kind of worried too that shirt will be to big for me and my hubby, but I already planed to wear them like you suggested Tina...so we will see. They should be here today...I hope.

She knows I ordered one as a pin for her. She is just now starting to get excited about the cruise so it is more fun for me too now. She's been thru a rough time medically recently so this is really something to look forward too.

Hope the medical stuff is behind Catherine now. This cruise will be so special for you. Celebrate & enjoy every minute !

Hope you get your packages today. Guess what ? I got a surprise today. We don't get our mail till late afternoon. Somebody special came to the door about 30 min. with my packages. The earrings are beautiful ! They were a little bit smaller then I thought they would be but trying them on they are the perfect size.

I was on the fence about getting a shirt for my DH since he won't be on this cruise. Boy am I glad I got him one !!!!! He loves it as much as I do !! I must say again a huge Thank You to Val & Bob ! It is big on me like I thought but I am going to wear it open. My solid t-shirt is a perfect match ! I am going to wash it and just let it air dry.

The extra goodies was a nice and thoughtful touch ! Thanks !
