Hi Staci!! Welcome! It's nice to meet you! Please tell us a little about yourself and your family! This will be our first Disney cruise too (well, first cruise period! ). it'll be me (turning 34 the day before the cruise, so I'll be celebrating onboard! ), DH 35, DS (will be 12), DD (will be 8).

well let me say 1st that our kids are the same age..but my daughter will have just turned 9, and my ds will be 12.5 until april 29th..and then we will celebrate his 13th on the ship...

Im 39 and dh will be 41 when we go...I will be 40 that year....We are originally from NY lived in NJ for 10 yrs and Now in Waxhaw/Marvin NC which is about 35 min from Uptown Charlotte...lovin life here...

We are so excited we cant wait...

Welcome Staci489!!!!! This is dh and I's 3rd dcl cruise but first time on the eastern route.

Kay - I put all my new fall decorations on sunday. I love fall and christmas time for decorating esp now that i have more room to do things. That's awesome you found a WII. I'm getting dh a xbox 360 for his b-day in october. Well actually he's buying it today while he's working at the microsoft office in charlotte. They never grow out of it!

Anyway, Staci, that's great our kids are very close to being the same age. My DD will be 8 on October 8th, and DS will be 12 on November 9th!

3 weeks from today Mark and I start our road trip down to WDW and our 4 day DVC Member Cruise. Can't wait to get back on DCL!

it's nice to see the "6 months" on my ticker!! It feels like April will never come, yet the time goes fast at the same time!

I had no idea Karen left for California already. Must have missed the post! Wish we could have touched base before, however, I probably won't have time to drive out to Disney the next week or so anyway!

Have to work all day today. It's hard to get going this morning! I need to go upstairs and get ready!

Yay just found out that I get to check-in a day early for our conference at the CR next month. My boss (aka my dad) wants to go to the Thomas Kinkade breakfast that disney is putting on that saturday morning at the GF. Thomas Kinkade is unveiling his new piece called A New Day at the Cinderella Castle. My dad collects disney artwork and already has the other Thomas Kinkade disney picture so he's very excited about getting this piece plus getting to meet Thomas Kinkade.

She has been sending me e-mails from Mike's Iphone. Got one yesterday while they were waiting for Aladdin and another last night after the fireworks. They are having a great time.

we have a typical fall day here 54 out now.. Come Monday and for the rest of the week back to the mid 70's. Something about the sound of 30 weeks really has a nice ring. Working latter today there is a play in the theater of the school tonight.

Hey all! Just checking in. It's surreal to be here at Disneyland. Everything is similar, but different. It's very weird not knowing where anything is...like bathrooms! Or where to get a funnel cake!

Having a good time though!
