Hello! We skipped out on Disney last year to do Spring Break in Sunny Isles Beach FL, but am almost positive we will be going back next year. The most likely vacation dates would be April 19-23 2011. Back in 09 we did reservations in January since you could only book 90 days in advanced. I know you can now book 180 days in advance. So if booking online, I should be looking for the first day I can book in about a week and a half? I'm going to try to do the ADRs on the first day possible so we can hopefully score Le Cellier again this year!

Also wondering from those who have used it....what is required for the online reservations? A credit card? A reservation number? Hoping not the later since the hotel probably booked until around November.

Many thanks! I've been away from Disney sites in the past year (didn't want to torment myself with the thoughts of not going :rotfl2:) but hoping to get back in the upcoming months!

Congrats on planning your next Disney trip! We used to go every yer, and by the time we take our next trip, it will be almost FIVE years since we've been! I can't even believe it!

We'll just miss you, as we're going April 6th-16th, 2011.

Your 180 day mark for ADRs is October 21st. The new online system was great! It gives you a jump start on the WDW-DINE line because you can start making reservations online at 6am, rather than 7am.

Some of the dinner shows, packages, and certain restaurants require a credit card to guarantee, or payment in full. We booked 15 ADRs (including Le Cellier) and the only one that asked for a credit card to hold it was Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. (It didn't charge at the time, just asked for the number to hold our spot. If you are a no-show or don't cancel within 48 hours, they charge $10 per person.) Other that I believe require the CC guarantee are: Citrico's, Victoria & Albert's, Fantasmic Dinner Packages, and the Wonderland Tea Party. I think the ones that you pay in full when you book are: Hoop-Dee-Do, Cinderella's Royal Table, Spirit of Aloha, and Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

Right now, Le Cellier isn't letting people book dinner ADRs online, only lunch. It will show that no tables are available for dinner. I guess it's because of the switch to 2 Table Service credits for dinner in 2011. People have said that there's no prob getting a dinner ADR when they call that morning, though. Also, they're upgrading the reservation system beginning October 12th, so that might change by the time you can make ADRs. I've also heard that some of the dining packages need to be booked by phone.

Hope that wasn't too much info! Good luck, and happy planning!

I arrive at BWV on April 21, my ADR booking date is Oct 23.
Without a reservation number you won't be able to do all your ADRs at once. You will have to call each day. It is only those with a WDW resort reservation that can call at the 180 day mark and make up to 10 days worth of ADRs.
I'm somewhat concerned about not being able to get the ADRs I really want since I'm arriving late in that week...but not much I can do about that. I'll be on the Dream from the 17th...not going to complain about not being able to get the exact ADRs I want when I finally arrive at WDW!!!
