April 2011 adr's?

We're going 4/7-4/11. I get to make my ADR's tomorrow!

DD11 really wants to try Sci Fi. I ate there once a long time ago and it wasn't very good, but I'll give it another try.

We're also hoping to eat at Tusker House (breakfast), Captain's Grille, Liberty Tree Tavern, and GF Cafe.

Anyone know what time the online reservations begin? I want to be online first thing tomorrow morning.

We'll be there at the same time! (the 6th-16th for us) I got to make our ADRs this morning (Friday) and we're also eating at Tusker House for Bfast and LTT. I'm posting our dates in my Pre-Trip Report (link in my signature) so let me know if we overlap at all!

Online ressies open at 6:00am and the phone lines open at 7:00am.

I tried at 5:55 because in the past, my DVC confirmation number wasn't being recognized by the regular WDW system, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to book 180 +10. The main site still doesn't find my ressie (the DVC site does) but as soon as the clock struck 6:00am, I was able to book our ADRs without any problems. When I went to do the +10 days, it prompted for a confirmation number, and then redirected me back to the dining site to book online. We were able to get all the ADRs we'd hoped for!

My 180 mark is today for my April 6th arrival. Could not get Le Cellier for any of the 4 nights. I did get lunch for April 7th. I'll keep trying. We are not on the dining plan.

Oh! I thought that, too! You HAVE to call for Le Cellier at night right now. (It should change after the switch next week.) They want people to be sure they understand about the 2TS credits for dinner. You can book lunch online, but HAVE to call the WDW-DINE line for dinner. Hope you're still able to get an ADR! We're also leaving the 6th and will be at Epcot on the 8th and 14th, but decided to do lunch this time so we could have dinner at La Hacienda for Illuminations viewing.

The 7th is my birthday, too! I wished we could've been at Epcot that day, but I'm a nut about going to MK on our first day (especially for DD's first trip) and our first park day will be the 7th. Glad you were able to get your ADR, though. I was planning on dinner til the last minute. I didn't mind the 2TS change, but in the end, I thought DH and DS would prefer two lunches at Le Cellier to one dinner. Plus, everyone's excited to try La Hacienda and check out the view!

Sounds good GoofyforTink! I may try for a 9:30 am breakfast. That day is not an EMH day either?? The park hours are 8-8 that day. I'm getting very scared about the crowds that's for sure! I hope I wasn't reading the hours wrong, hmm may have to go make sure. I avoid all EMH's. at least we try to. We will do Yak N Yeti for dinner around 5:30 with an ice cream snack for lunch. This is for April 17th....

anyone have an opinion Le Chefs de France for Lunch OR Dinner??? Which is better?

Yeah, I hear ya....I think it's going to be very crowded the two days I'm there. I did just tell my dd, 17, that we weren't going to be able to 'do' too much due to the crowds. She was okay with that...hang at the resort, hit the parks for a bit each day. I figure it's going to be pretty crowded since the park hours are so long..open early, close late.
But, I can't make my ADRs for another week. There won't be much left for my 4/21-23 stay.

Aaaargh......My day to call is Oct 14th......and that is the 1st day they open again after being closed 2 days for "upgrades"......I'm sure it will be crazy

I'm also looking to try new places.....and we are only repeating 3 restaurants....Boma, Chef Mickey's and Flying Fish.....absolute Favorites.

Here is what we have so far, this is a pre-cruise trip to enjoy the AKL, so we will only go into the parks to eat....2 senior 60+ adults, we are not on the Dining Plan.

I'm not usually a plan this far ahead type of person, but there are family members coming this time that love to eat

I'm in charge of planning everything and the big day is October 20th, so now I'm researching, planning, changing and pulling my hair out. Our dates are April 18th-23rd. I'm trying to do one table service meal each day and for the rest of our meals we'll just wing it.

Hope everything is up and running on Sat to make my ADR's! Still trying to decide on our Epcot TS. Le Chef for Lunch OR Dinner. Or should we try Teppan Edo?? We've done in the past...Le Cellier, Biergarten, San Angel, Garden Grill. This trip we know we want to try some new to us places. We have 2 days at Epcot and are going to do Tutto on one of the days.
