i think you are still limited to 3oz of liquid.(so drinks, sunscreen, makeup, shave cream don't fly).. they have to be checked. check your airline website they should have it there.

Sorry... wasn't clear. We're driving to the port since we only live a few hours away. Just edited msg above to make that more clear. Sorry about that. Thanks for the answer, though.

Any suitcase that is considered a "carry on" for an airline (ie- it fits in the overhead bin on a plane) will fit thorugh the screener at the port. I always bring a case of water and we also bring wine and other "refreshments", so I'm happy that we can still do that. It does save a lot of money and you can't beat the convenience of having water etc. in your cabin.

So we'll have to wheel the bag around until we get to our cabin - who cares! By the time we board and have lunch it's nearly time for cabins to be ready. We may have to tough it out and linger over the Drink of the Day waiting for the cabins to be ready, but me and my suitcase of liquids will be happy to do that! :drinking:

MassDisLovers you may have company with that cooler you will be toting around!!! :lmao:

I will be very high class, I will not be toting around a mere cooler, my stash will be in a very elegant rolling Mickey Mouse suitcase :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

And, I think you're right, if the rules stay the same as they are right now, I will most certainly not be the only one wheeling something around until the cabins are ready!

We are booked for the April 19th cruise on the Magic. I have a 10 year old daughter and a 7 year old son. I am trying to meet someone who has a 7 year old that my son Zachary can hang out with at camp. He is a great kid, very outgoing and loves the camp(this will be our 6th Disney cruise). It would be great if he made a friend before the cruise that he could meet once we get on board.

Hi

I have a 7 year old son Kyle. This is our first cruise and Kyle would be by himself because his siblings are Austin 11 and Brittani 12 (13 in May).

It would be great if they could make friends before the cruise.

Hi Everyone

I just called Disney Cruise Line and was advised that you can still bring bottled water and alcohol onto the ship - the only thing is it can't be in your luggage - it has to be in whatever you're carrying onto the ship.

Hope that clears it up!

See you all in 4 weeks!

Gail:goodvibes :thumbsup2

Great news!!! Thanks, Gail!!!

Oh, I got my cruise docs yesterday. Now it's feeling really, really ,real!

Suddenly I have an overwhelming urge to own a souvenir styrofoam cooler full of beer from Key West.;)

As long as it doesn't have their ridiculous slogan on it. "We seceded where others failed." As a South Carolina girl, you know good and well that trashy phrase isn't getting anywhere near our cabin! Harrumph!!!!!!!

Hey, all... got a question for you. I read somewhere that you use your KTTW card to lock the safe and the last card to lock it is the only one that can open it. But then again I read somewhere else that any magnetic card will do (credit card, driver's license, etc). We use magnetic cards at work so I thought I'd grab 2 of them and get them programmed with the same number. That way, King Charming and I could each have a card that would both always work to open the safe. Just in case we're not together. Anyone know if that's a legit plan? Can any magnetic card be used? And if so, if I have 2 identically programmed magnetic cards the safe should see them both the same, right?

Never mind dreaming about styrofoam coolers of beer.... we're all waiting for more installments on your Pre-Trip Report! We only have 28 days until sailing ( and some are leaving a few days ahead of that). Why are you torturing us so???
:rotfl:

Okay... I just watched the 3/21 ep of Lost. OMG!!!!!!! This show is incredibly good. Out of respect to Connie (I think it was) I won't say anything specific but dang!!!!!! Great show!

I was wondering if there was any way we can get the most current eps to Connie (or whoever it was in Germany that can't watch them via abc.com). I thought about burning them to DVD but you guys are on a different system than here in the States aren't you? I wonder if there's a way.

Only problem now is i have to wait til Thursday to see another one. Bummer!!!!! :rotfl2:

Thank You Denise,I really appreciate that.
