So excited to be sailing on the Dream April 14th? Whose going with us?

We just booked..... me, dh and dd (age 6) travelling with my brother and his family of 3 kids... this is all of our 1st Disney Cruise...

What should we start thinkin about?

Soooooooooooooo... I have been reading and reading and researching and researching and discovering and discovering and reading and reading and finally decided to join the DISboards!!

Myself, my lovely wife and our 6yo daughter and my Mother in Law will be on the Dream for this adventure! It's our first cruise ever!!!!

You all seem so nice, can't wait to hopefully meet some of you guys while we live it up at sea!!!

This is our 4th Disney cruise and I'll be traveling with my DH, DS 16 and DD 10.

When are you flying down to Florida? We'll be leaving out of Milwaukee on Friday night to stay a couple of days in WDW before the cruise.

Everyone's favorite characters
Everyone's favorite color
Any celebrations
Any allergies


I would like to know what to not bring on the cruise too since it's my first, and I tend to overpack.

Would your 7.5 DD be interested in FaceTiming my DD almost 8? My DD8 is in French emersion program in our public school so her English writing is not great because all her school work is in 100% French.

How cool is that?! We booked a little later than we would've liked, so it was actually cheaper to fly out of O'Hare to MCO Saturday morning. However, I absolutely love flying out of Milwaukee, it's fantastic!! We wanted to do WDW before or after but during Spring Break we decided to save it for another time.

Crazy small world!

I've researched almost every aspect of all possibilities and still don't feel prepared! BUT regardless I'm sure it's going to be fantastic!!

We did the fish extenders on the last cruise - my cruise mates really did all the work - but it was fun getting presents every day.
