Appropriate tip for buffet

We have several buffet ADRs and am wondering what the appropriate tip is?

As they (if they are doing their job properly) are constantly removing and replenishing you with clean plates. I always tip at LEAST as well as I would at a regular restaurant, unless the server just does not do their job.

If the server fills my drinks, removes my plates and brings me new silverware ...basically doesnt ignore me, I still leave 20% but now that we are on the TIW the gratuity is included
