I've been such a really big fan of Disney that I actually want to start sharing my love for it to other people and by working there.

I'm interested in applying in their administrative openings, but I know that Disney is one of those companies that use a document-scanning technology. I was wondering if anyone of you has tried applying or has worked with their HR before. I'd like to make it past screening, and I hope you guys could help me out in with the do's and dont's of the resume.

I'd google - buzz words admin assistant ( or the title you are looking for ) and incorporate that into your resume. Things like Word, Excel, Powerpoint are basic but can be included with your experience level higher than average. I'd look at the posting and make sure I put any points they are looking for within the resume ( i.e. - if they are looking for someone who knows Access and you do, make sure to add that in under the position you used it.

There's lots of websites out there so I'd google around to get some ideas on wording and format. And Good Luck!
