Applying for a Disney Visa @ WDW

Does anyone know if they're giving away anything now for applying for the Disney Visa, at say Downtown Disney (or anywhere else in the parks)...like a free pin or anything?? We're trying to decide if we want to apply now, or wait until we're down there...

When we were there last month they were giving away these really cute khaki bags with a mickey on them.

they had a black bag in december...I believe it changes fairly often..
