Applying discount after booking reservation?

I was just curious if anyone has been able to successfully apply a discount code after they've already booked a vacation. I had book my honeymoon two weeks ago and now the 4/3 + $200 gift card offer is out there right for the week we'll be there.

I know I'll need to call to find out for sure but I just spent about 20 minutes on hold before I got disconnected and I'm not quite in the mood to call back right away.

Yes, as long as there is availability left at the resort of your choice, you can apply the discount.

We had a room only and changed to a package for the 4/3 deal - they credited our initial depost and recharged us the $200 deposit for the package.

Excellent. I finally got through after being disconnected a couple times and they were able to change our reservation. We've saved $918 dollars!
