I am wondering what the applying and interview process is like, when applying for a job at Disney World. Also, if you apply for a position are you guaranteed to get that or do they place you where they need people? Thanks in advance

As you're posting on the College Boards, I'll assume you're talking about the College Program. If this is the case, take a look at my blog post on the subject.

As far as role offers go, you are able to select a number of roles in which you are receptive to working on the role checklist, but ultimately Disney will decide which role and location you are offered. If you have a particular preference, you can make this known during the application and interview process, and they'll take it into consideration.

If you're speaking about hourly full-time/part-time/seasonal employment, this is handled direct through casting, and you have more choice in terms of the type of role you'd like.
