Guess it doesn't apply if you have already applied or already have a card. I just applied last week w/the free $50 link-- that is still a great deal but maybe this will also be of interest to someone...

I think the $50 Bonus is still the best deal going for new applicants. A person would have to charge almost $1700 month during that three month period to get as much as the $50 bonus.

I personally wish they would just stop all the "special promotions" and increase the 1% to something decent.

I'm with you calypso*a*go-go, I wish that they would increase the 1%. I've been buying so much weddding but all that I have as a total of reward points is 33. I was hoping for more than that!

Who knows maybe they will improve upon this (I doubt it).
