The only thing I have to do is the web based interview any tips?

Be honest. Try to answer the questions as if you are already working for Disney and its your best day of work ever. Keep to the strongly agrees and strongly disagrees, try not to answer a lot in the middle (I think I answered 3 or 4 questions in the middle). Be consistant!!! Don't let the words trick you, ("Are you late?" "Are you never late?") read them twice before answering (you are timed, but you do have enough time to read twice). I think that is it, its fairly simple. Good luck!
