Application missing?

So my brother and I applied for the Walt Disney Studios Summer internship around the same time in the Fall, but when he check his application status today on the dashboard on Disney Careers, nothing was there. His application for some reason totally disappeared from his dashboard. (he even refreshed it)

What should he do? His application did say at one point it was under submission...
