Appleton rum tour on Jamaica

Has anyone done the Appleton Estate Rum tour on Jamaica. It's not listed as one of the DCL excursions, but was highly recommended on trip advisor.

I have visited the Appleton Rum Factory, it was when I was staying on the island in Negril. The visit was part of a bigger tour we visited Mayfield Falls (which is kind of like Dunn's River but better as it is less crowded and more leisurely) and then the Rum Factory. The tour of the factory was interesting. I liked going into the rum cellar and tasting the rums. If your ship docks in Montego Bay it would probably be okay for a day trip but if it docks in Falmouth or Ocho Rios it might be a longer haul for a day trip.

ok thanks for the info. it docks in Falmouth so it is probably too far.
