Apple Strollers questions

thinking of renting a stroller from Apple Strollers for an upcoming trip. I do have questions, especially for those who have used them recently. Do they have parent console or rain covers available with their stroller rentals? also, and this may be a dumb question, is the stroller put together when they drop it off? there was a picture on the website that made me wonder...

They no longer have rain covers. My last two rentals both had problems. I will not be using them again.

No rain cover, no stroller bag, and no parent's console. The stroller is pick up and drop off at the bell desk.

I came on here looking for recent reviews. Not liking what I am seeing. We have a City Micro that I think I'll just be bringing. I was going to get the double because their price was great, but it's not sounding like it may be worth it. Can anyone else provide any recent reviews?

I posted my terrible experience with Apple last August. If you search today find it. I had had great success using them before and recommended Apple a lot on the boards. We rented a double and when the bellman brought it out I was shocked. Filthy and gross with some sticky substance on it and something (I don't remember what) was broken. I called and complained the next morning and they sent another stroller out which was a little better. It was at least a little cleaner but still in poor condition and there was something broken. If I remember correctly it was something with th sunshade. We leave in 3 weeks and are renting this time from Kingdom.
