Apple Strollers - Confirm rental?

Booked our stroller with Apple a few weeks ago and now we leave on Thursday. I haven't heard anything from Apple about needing payment... How does this work? I have a confirmation number from the website when I booked everything. Do I need to call Apple to confirm?
 

If you have't received an answer - Apple requires payment 3 days prior to your rental start date. Let me know if you need an email address. They are super responsive!

I would definitely call and confirm! I rented a double city mini from apple and had absolutely no issues w them (I called to confirm about a week before we left but reserved it about 6 months out w credit card and received email confirmation back when I booked confirming everything. My sister on the other hand also reserved a double from apple and received a call the DAY before we were checking in and said they ran out if strollers and there was nothing they could do for her! She also confirmed about a week ahead of time as she never received any kind of email confirmation and was told she was all set. Pretty crappy as she has 3 kids 3, 6, and 8! Every other stroller company was booked up w that short notice to!

That's terrible! I can't even imagine... they better not do that to me this time since my credit card was already charged yikes!

Wish I had read this earlier! Same thing just happened to me. They called to cancel my reservation for next week.

I would be very wary of using this company!
 
Have a lot of people had problems with them canceling? We leave in a week and I'm starting to get extremely nervous about the possibility of them canceling our reservation. I'm going to call to confirm today but it seems like even then someone had them cancel the day prior. I can't imagine they are the only ones this happened too. The apple strollers website doesn't even say they are fully booked like it did in October which is why it's making me nervous reading about these cancelations. If they are still letting people make reservations why are they canceling current ones? I can't decide if I should stick with them or go with another options.
 
We rented from Apple two weeks ago and it went great! It was there when I arrived, it worked great, and we dropped it off at bell service when we left. Perfect.
