Apple Stroller Delivery to Windsor Hills??

I have seen on here that others have had it, but I just called and they said no. Has anyone actually had them deliver? If so I will call them back and ask to speak to someone else. Thanks!!

I don't know about strollers, but last Oct/Nov Apple delivered my mom's ECV to Westlake Town Center, then picked it up a week later over at Royal Pacific Resort over a Universal. When I called to reserve it, they acted like it wasn't a big deal and said they deliver all over Orlando. I have another ECV reserved for her for May 10th-20th and Apple is dropping it off and picking it up over at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Alex is the guy I've always spoken to.

Did they explain why or just say no, they do not deliver to Windsor Hills?

Just wondering, last year we had a wheelchair rental from them at Windsor Palms. They delivered it but we had trouble the day of pick up because the office refused to let us leave it there. We had to call them to pick it up at the townhouse instead. Maybe it is the same at Windsor Hills, and it is more trouble to deliver to the person instead of dropping it off with the office or bell services.

Call back and ask again.

I just called back and he said that they are no longer doing it so unless you ordered it before they pulled that feature, you cannot have it delivered. He did say to just have it delivered to a hotel of our choice and we could go to the bell hop and pick it up. Because reservations are made under lots of different names they leave for 24 hours before they send it back. We have the Pirate Cruise planned for the kids at one of the resorts, so I may just have it delivered there and pick it up while they are on it. We also are having breakfast at Ohana on our last day so I will have it picked up there. It is so much cheaper I hate to miss out on that deal.

I made my reservation in February, and at that time they told me they definitely DID deliver to WH. So are you saying that I'm okay because I made it before they changed? Sheesh, I was already a little nervous going with them, now I really am!

They said if you already had a reservation you are fine. It us a great deal. My dh days he thinks it's' a bad idea to pick up at a hotel. I will have to think about it.
